Token Utility

The MPAA token has several key utilities within the platform:

Governance

MPAA tokens are used for governance purposes within the MPAA DAO. Token holders can participate in the decision-making process by voting on proposals related to protocol development, integrations, and other important matters. The voting power is determined by the amount of veMPAA (vote-escrowed MPAA) held by a participant, which is obtained by staking MPAA tokens.

Staking

Staking is a core function of the MPAA ecosystem. By staking MPAA tokens, users can earn veMPAA, which grants them voting power and eligibility for rewards. Staking rewards include additional MPAA tokens, a share of platform fees, and exclusive access to new projects and airdrops.

Incentives and Rewards

The MPAA token is used to incentivize active participation and contribution to the platform. This includes rewards for staking, participating in governance, contributing to community initiatives, and more.

Liquidity Provision

MPAA tokens can be used to provide liquidity on decentralized exchanges. Liquidity providers earn a share of the transaction fees generated on the exchange, promoting a stable and liquid market for MPAA and associated tokens.
